Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if a customer changes their mind after purchase.

Returns or refunds are only available if the item was damaged upon arrival and properly reported according to the conditions above.
